Athletic, low-impact reformer classes built on strength, stamina and control at our Reform Studio locations in Little Falls and Bloomfield.
Heated Mat & Sculpt
Infrared heated mat Pilates, sculpt, HIIT and yoga at Mat by Reform in Pequannock.
Multiple studio locations and class times available.
